- I just read through them again, trying to figure out which one is yours. But I don't know who you are, so it's hopeless. I'm happy for you, whatever it was. (I want it to be the rubik's cube one, because of the massive amount of cubing this year)
- I figured out which one it Could Probably And Possibly be. Sorry to hear that. *so brilliant*

SUPER ULTRA MEGA YAY for that positively explosive feeling of pure love and bliss and joy and p.s. love that I get every time I think about camp, and especially now, five minutes on wiki and my heart is so immensely immense and warmed and I am reminded of how beautiful everything is, everything. Yay for finding out that my parents would love me just as much if I liked girls instead of boys or as well as boys (which I do). I'm in a long term relationship with a boy, so I don't see any need to come out anytime soon, but GOD, was it good to hear that they'd still love me as much if I did. YAY times a thousand for that. YAY for spending one long, glorious, blissful day with one of my best friends in the entire world, whom I hadn't seen for three years. YAY for her being her usual beautiful self, mostly unchanged. YAY for eating ice cream and caramel apple slices and buying a cool ring and being inspired by how she creates her own style that belongs only to herself, is based only on what she loves, not on what the media tells her to buy, and yet is totally fashionable. And YAY for my cousin's iBook, which allows me to email friends even though I'm far away. And..... SUPER TRIUMPHANT TRIPLE YAY for camp in only one week!! ~Peytie* Reply

I'm the photography teacher at camp now! My co-teacher (who was the official teacher while I was like a teacher's aide) isn't coming back this year. This is sad because I loved her (she's a big lesbian, totally cool with the Trans thing, lots of fun, great photo teacher), but good because it essentially amounts to a promotion and a raise for me. I was reassured that I'll never be left alone with a horde of kids, there will always be another adult (unless it's me and like three kids who don't have special needs that require an aide, which is fine), and told that they have complete faith in me and know I'll be great. I've been co-teaching photo for a few years now, didn't know anything about photography when I started, and now I'm the teacher! (This is also a big deal because this camp is very dear to my heart; I've been there since I was 9 years old, and this is my tenth year as a staff member. I have seniority over a bunch of the staff, who are all older than I am.) YAY for me! —Michael Reply
YAY for hippie skirts and watermelon on a summer day!! And a radio station online that plays nothing but Grateful Dead! ~Kelsey Reply

- Have you done a lot of theater? I seem to recall you answering my question about equity awhile back. Have you ever done musical theater? —Caitlin

- I do a lot of theater, but not musical theater. I tried it for a bit, until I realised that that I couldn't stand the sound of my own voice and my coordination was horrible. I direct and write plays, as well. Basically, my entire life revolves around something theatrical. —Anna F.

Ok. Ok. Seriously. It's 1:30 am my time (its 9 am for them), and I just got off the phone with Limerick University in IRELAND. Ireland! the phone bill is going to cost me my kidney on the black market, but it was awesome and worth it. I think I'm going to college in Ireland. Reply
And, if my 26th of may (oh hell yeah its morning) couldn't possibly be better ... TONIGHT IS JAMIE FREAKING CULLUM. I may just die of excitement and happy thoughts and the four shots of espresso. I just ... Jamie ... Ireland ... coffee ... somebody pinch me. —Bean Reply
YAY! I went to an open mike at one of the area co-op houses. I realized how many people I've come to know in the past month ( a lot!). I ate cheesecake and cookies and gave out my world famous Super Corny Muffins. Oh, and I performed two songs I've been teaching myself on the piano. Raucous. —Allie Reply

So, over the weekend? I totally sewed patches on the butt of my favorites pair of jeans. I've sewed some patches before, but on a sewing machine. I'd already done, like, three patches with the machine but there were some holes near the back pockets so I broke out the needle and thread. And I actually had the patience to sew three patches on. HELL YEAH I ROCK! For the first time in my current life, I have made Bread. Actual, chewy, soft, lovely, bread. After three rather depressing tries (burnt and sticky, gross and fluffy, yummy and like a brick of lead, respectively) this one came out lovely, thanks to one of my British friends. I knew the British would come thru. —Bean ze breadmaker extrodonaire, eh? (say with ze french accent, no?) Reply
